Improving Academic Outcomes: Literacy Goal

By the end of the 2025–2026 academic year, the district will increase the percentage of students in grades 3–10 scoring at or above proficiency (Levels 3 and 4) on the ATLAS Summative Assessment ELA section by 5 percentage points—through high-quality Tier 1 instruction, targeted literacy interventions, evidence-based instructional strategies, and regular progress monitoring.

Improving Academic Outcomes: Growth of bottom 25th quartile

By the end of the 2025–2026 academic year, at least 60% of students in the bottom 25th percentile on the previous year’s ATLAS Summative Aassessment will demonstrate adequate growth—defined as meeting or exceeding their individual growth targets—as measured by the 2025–2026 ATLAS Summative Assessment in ELA, Mathematics, and Science, through tiered interventions, small-group instruction, and data-driven progress monitoring.
