Material Costs: Includes the cost of products and supplies used in the treatment, such as cleansers, serums, gloves, masks, and sponges.

Facility Costs: Represents the expenses related to maintaining the treatment area, such as rent, utilities, maintenance, and cleaning supplies.

Labor Costs: Covers the wages or salaries of the aesthetician performing the treatment, including any associated payroll taxes or benefits.

Total Cost Per Service: The combined cost of materials, facility expenses, and labor associated with performing a single treatment.

Profit Margin: The percentage of the price charged for a service that remains as profit after deducting all costs.

How to Use

1. Make a copy of this Google Sheet (File > Make a copy) and open the copied workbook.

2. Enter the service name in the "Treatment Name" field and the price you charge clients in the "Price Charged Per Service" field on the
Cost per Treatments Computation Template sheet.

3. List all materials used for the treatment under the "Product/Item" column. For each item, input its unit cost, the number of uses per unit, and
the quantity used per service. The sheet will automatically calculate the cost per use and total material cost per service.

4. Input your weekly facility expenses, such as rent or utilities, in the "Weekly Facility Cost" field. The sheet will compute the hourly facility cost
and facility cost per service based on the default settings.

5. Enter the weekly wage of the aesthetician or staff member in the "Weekly Labor Cost" field. The sheet will automatically calculate the hourly
labor cost and labor cost per service.

6.Review the summary section for the total cost per service, profit or loss per service, and profit margin percentage.
Use this information to evaluate the profitability of your services.
