12	This is an open category and prizes will be awarded for first, second & third places.
13	The theme for this year's fair is "American Pride Runs Deep". Judging will be based
14	on theme, creativity, and crowd participation. All judges decisions are final. You
15	must check in by 6:15pm. on Thursday July 31 in the parkling lot of the football
16	stadium. At that time you will be given an entry number and will be instructed where
17	to get in line. Anyone who does not follow these rules will be disqualified from any
