Be mindful of what you're putting in your grocery cart and try to listen to what your body is telling you it needs. Fruits, veggies, and proteins are recommended. These are just suggestions, but we are trying to help you build healthy eating habits. If you have suggestions on heart healthy recipes or dishes, please share them with us so we can share them with the group.

5 Meal Prep Day 6 Go Meatless: Studies have shown eating less meat can improve your health.7 Treat yourself: Grab a coffee on your way to work or have a bowl of ice cream when you get home8 Make it from scratch: Cook a meal your way. It might be edible, it might not.9 Bring your lunch from home.10 Drink water before meals.11 Try a salad for lunch!
