Baronessa and PraetoriaPrima & VioletaxWe had a successful Pennsic (and just coming off Ren Faire and Covid); They were not able to be at Coronation but they were at Crown and made their honors to The Crown. They have meet with Sasson who is stepping down and will be giving the Signet to Bess temp (at least until Twelfth Night). They will be working to get their docket to their signet asap.

SeneschalCeindrech 2/24-2/26xThere has been a lot of behind the scenes to get bids together and making plans. The Business meetings will move to hybrid in person and virtual next time at Ace Axe Throwing! The room is free to us by virtue of Degan but we do need to get drinks from the bar. Look for more information soon! There are some changes coming from Kingdom and we will talk about it later on in the meeting.

HeraldGwen acting for term 12/24xGwen has deputies and Michi has expressed interest. Gwen will be handing off some things to get people experience; order awards that need to be submitted will be handled; there will be court at Agincourt and Debatable Lands Twelfth Night. If you want consultation she will help get that set up.

Knight MarshalGuillaume 10/23-10/25xThere is still practice; most of the iron key is now with Gredwyn and Turlough has the weekly go bag. They will be working through the old stuff and updating and depreciating what must be managed. The plan to move indoors for Ace Ax Throwing is in process; Degan says we can move in as soon as the 1st week of November but we will play it by ear.

Minister of Arts and SciencesIshiyama 2/23-2/25xNothing much to report; there is still no A&S planned for Agincourt. Kingdom Academy is upcoming and all the submitted classes are scheduled. The August report went in on time and another will be due in December. A reminder to forward your A&S news to Ishiyama (he is not on facebook). He will be calling for letters; he has already served his 2 back to back terms. He will get in touch with the A&S Champ - Alaric Smith and get things situated for Twelfth Night.

ChroniclerSilence 2/24-2/26xThe Q3 letter hasnt gone out but NUDGE NUDGE - PLEASE SEND IT NOW. :) She has not had interest in deputies but she is looking. She will give bonus points to the Silence Look a Like contest if you are a chronicler. There has been no AI Content; sorry scallion... you got not flies on us.

ExchequerHara 6/23-6/25xWe had Seven Pearls which was lovely. There was an over expenditure for feast of $6.07; motion to approve from Violetta, 2nd from Gwen; motion carries. We made a little money because we had double our attendance and we profit shared with Steltonwald. We had 87 feast pre-reg but we didnt end up getting paid for the ones that filled out the online form. (17 people ended up not sitting down or paying). The quarterly report is finished and will be submitted shortly.

ChatelaineSvava 10/22-10/24xDemo on 11/23/2024 that is a fundraiser for foster care and Tristan is going to be running that. We have new people. Svava will call for letters but she intends to keep another term and train a million deputies.

Web MinisterNiall 4/23-4/25xThere will be a website overhaul from the ground up; trying to get things set up a bit more moden website practices and bring all the content current. October 1st there were updated webminister policies that included big possible changes (Society Level stuff).

Email List & web services- BMDL - move to one location; look for non-google options. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1h9CSYVe6B-OWGpwYJk8ZC1dIuIgB0hq7SyG_HwuznWQ/editthe new Kingdom policies from Society came out August 1st and we have 6 months to move to Kingdom Servers. This will do little to change our website content. We should be able to transfer over the blog as well. Niall will work to keep us updated and moving forward.

Gesa requesting Demo June
Request for an SCA Demo on 6/28/2025 at a Non-SCA Event. Real Royality will be in attendance for fund raising with a nonprofit organization. There will be a knighting and they have requested equestrian happenings. Gesa is looking for a medieval atmosphere with our SCA demo of martial events and arts and sciences.
