SKIP - Dr. Harry A. Crosswell Environmental Citizenship Scholarship Award - This citizenship scholarship award is presented by SKIP annually to a Schuylkill County graduating senior who has most demonstrated environmental concerns through community involvement. The student must show an involvement with environmental issues and must have participated in at least one (1) SKIP cleanup during their high school years. The adult leader and/or school representative must sign the included participation certification form as part of this scholarship award application verifying completion of at least one (1) cleanup.

Captain Jason Jones Military Scholarship - A $1,000.00 annual award will be granted to a distinguished graduate of Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania who aspires to serve our country through military service. Lauren (Herb) Dow Memorial Scholarship - Available to any BMHS senior whose life and/or education has been impacted by cancer in some way. This is a financial award that can be applied to furthering your education via post-secondary education or training program. Lauren Dow was a 2001 graduate of Blue Mountain who passed away from breast cancer. Her legacy of philanthropy and putting others’ needs before her own is being memorialized by awarding this scholarship to one deserving individual. The awarding of the Lauren (Herb) Dow Memorial Scholarship is contingent upon the enrollment in post-secondary education or training program and the completion of an online Google Form by the May 1st, 2022 deadline. Applicants are required to submit via the online form an essay voicing how cancer has directly impacted their lives and education.

Mid Penn Bank “Anna Woodside” Scholarship - Mid Penn Bank’s “Anna Woodside Scholarship” rewards four outstanding high school seniors with $1,000 for college tuition costs.
