very pretty horse, and quiet! check that saddle is not low in cantle ( sometimes difficult for rider to be on time with the positing if the saddle is not level).. otherwise be aware that you are posting slightly behind the horses timing.. causing a "drag". work to be sure the horse is actively energetic at all gaits and then ask for elastic connection and bend. :):)
