33067300343306874014PCB (11) Miller Community House 1211 Anita Dr, Kent, OH 44240Miller Community House (MCH) has always had a landscaping project-which was previously entered but we have been surprised with an generous veteran crew and do not have any yardworking needs.
HOWEVER, because we are a homeless shelter always in need...I do have back up projects!
We have slowly been repainting the facility, and are nearly done! We are down to one bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom needs the ceiling painted as well as the walls and trim. We have all the paint for this room. The bathroom has wallpaper border that has been 1/2 removed, then the ceilings & walls will need painted in there as well. We have the paint. There is a small strip of ceiling in the hallway that needs painted as well. We have plenty of ceiling paint. All the bedroom doors have been painted, but now need a nice square of chalkboard paint on each of the 5 doors. We have the chalkboard paint for that. The fence surrounding the back yard/patio area needs re-stained/touched up. We have arching "plant hangers" that need hung in the pre-drilled holes over each of the 5 bedrooms...however, the metal plant hanger needs two small holes drilled in them to hang a small chain from. (we have new room name signs that will hang from the chains) We have the arches & chain.
6-10

paint rollers
tape
stain brushes
small paint roller for chalkboard squares on doors
drill for the metal "plant hangers"
drop clothes...maybe? We have one good one, several torn ones
