Please read the following carefully before proceeding to fill up the registration details.

1. Major Leagues in RoboCup Malaysia Open 2025

RoboCup @HomeMinimum 1 Mentor and 1 Student per team.
No maximum team member limit.
Mentor can have multiple team registrations (with multiple registration fees).
Student can only register in one team in all Major Leagues.

2. Junior Leagues in RoboCup Malaysia Open 2025 (Under 19 years old)

RoboCup Junior SoccerMinimum 1 Mentor and 2 Students per team.
Maximum team members (Mentor + Student) limit is 6.
Mentor can have multiple team registrations (with multiple registration fees).
Student can only register in one team in all Junior Leagues.

4. Registration Dates

5. Fill-up the Registration Form

Please note that the Team Name, Student Name, Mentor's Name, and School Name must be accurate in the registration form as they will be printed on all certificates. Your submission is FINAL.

6. How To Submit The Registration Form

1) Fill-up all required information in the registration xls (this file - Registration tab) accordingly.

2) Every participants must read and acknowledge consent form upon registering.

3) Make payment and get payment receipt.

4) Zip Payment receipt and the registration xls (this file) file. Make sure the file size is less than 10 MB

5) Upload the zipped file (Use your organisation name as the zip file name) to the online registration form (Only 1 zip file can be uploaded.)

By submitting your team’s registration, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. My team and I have read and understand the Rules and Regulations (link to https://www.robocup.org.my/)
2. My team and I have read the "Consent Form".
3. My team and I agree and understand that the collection, use and disclosure of the teams’ personal data by or on behalf of the organisers will be used to facilitate the processing of the teams’ registration or any matters in relation to the RoboCup Malaysia Open. The consent provided for the collection, use and disclosure of the team’s personal data will remain valid until the team member withdraws his/her consent in writing to the organisers.
4. My team and I agree to be contacted by or on behalf of the organisers for RoboCup Malaysia Open related events and matters, and any photo or video taken at the RoboCup Malaysia Open related events could be used by the organisers for publicity purposes.
