2	Could we consider ending the dance at 9.15pm instead of 9.30pm so that the circle ends at 9.30pm instead of 9.45pm? This would make it possible to get the 9.50 train back to Totnes instead of the 10.30pm one. They do this at the Totnes DC so it does work with these times and it would make it easier for everyone to get out of the hall by 10pm and it might be easier for others coming from afar also. Thanks! 11	Agenda Item: Equipment – Borrowing, Use & Stewardship * Should Barefoot have different guidelines for occasional borrowing and regular, ongoing use of its equipment (for example, community or charity events versus ongoing use by another dance group)? * Proposal: Those borrowing equipment should be entirely responsible for collecting, transporting, using and returning it. * Proposal: Equipment should only be collected and returned on Tuesday evenings, when Barefoot has access to the hall. * Proposal: Those borrowing equipment should not ask Tuesday volunteers to assist with loading, transporting or storing equipment. * Are there categories of equipment (e.g. expensive or fragile items) that should have different borrowing guidelines? * Should Barefoot consider selling one of the three sound systems if it is no longer needed? * Should Barefoot keep a record of higher-value equipment for insurance and stewardship purposes? 13	I'd like us to reiterate our commitment as a community, that we are a community which makes decisions by consensus, and takes responsibility as a community (we are very different to Totnes Dance Collective, for example, which is led by a particular collective of individuals). I hope to get round to writing more as background on this (particularly the problematic impact of covid on our collective responsibility...) to circulate before the meeting.	Stephen

16	Review the peer teacher dichotmoy/boundary. Can peers become teachers?
17	How might Barefoot's community, longevity and reach be impacted by frequent changes focused on the needs of individual members as opposed to the larger community?
18	Please keep the option of donation to attend barefoot, and the low cost option for Gidleigh. For barefoot sessions, please have no minimum donation, this way it is not only accessible for people on lower incomes but also minimum wage, unemployed, students, benefits, unpaid carers etc. Thanks!
19	Please allow comments in Whatsapp/talk on equality based topics in barefoot that impact us all, this can be war, racism. I understand this has been a topic where some feel differently and feel it is political but it doesn't have to be. If it is of timely importance than maybe a short reference to the topic in the Barefoot Dance whatsapp chat, if people feel it has to move to the barefoot chat chat or anti racism chat. I don't feel it should be excluded from the barefoot dance chat, equality based topics are about us as people and a community, what's going on for us right now, our lives, and our wellbeing. They are personal and impact us and our dance/presence.
20	Please can we regularly wash the blankets and cushions we lie on after dancing, as they can get musty.
21	Please invest in full height fans that pump out cold air (Honeywell are good) as we have so many heatwaves and Exwick hall is hot most of the year.
22	Please can we arrange the annual beach trip further in advance? It gives time to find organisers and make it easier to organise. Also, can we have more socials like meeting for drinks/coffee one weekend/evening, maybe quarterly so there is something easy for every season? Barefoot are such a lovely group of people and it can take years to get to know people else.
23	Thank you for all that you do, all of Barefoot community. Special thanks to your dedication to privacy (blankets near windows) and a safe space. Maybe we can have some budget aside to treat the barefoot crew to an annual meal out or similar to thank them for volunteering and committing to organising?
