4	1	You can find the Skill Matrix in the "Skill Matrix" tab.
5	2	Choose the first empty column with the "Name" and "Position". Fill in those two cells with the appropriate value. The name is your formal name and surname. The position should be the official job position in the company.
6	3	In the "A" column you find the list of skills. For all skills the Level of expertise Experience time
7	4	You must evaluate your "Level of expertise" and "Experience time" for all skills. The level of expertise means the level of knowledge of a given subject. "Experience time" means the time spent exploring a given topic.
8	5	You will find the legend of the "Level of expertise" and "Experience time" in the below table. You need to evaluate it according to your best knowledge. Please rate the level of all skills.
