Before you answer the questions in the scan please read through the following information

1. Ensure you have a clear understanding of the context from which you are answering the questions in the scan.

2. Don't overthink your answers. The primary value of the questions is not in their answers, but in the discussions they lead to.

3. Stick to your first impression, it's probably the one most accurate. Answering should not take more than 15-20 minutes

4. If you are unsure, answer "don't know", move to the next question, and address it in the discussions that follow

5. What constitutes a "yes" has no specific definition other than the one you and your team set, either beforehand, or as a part of the discussion that follows
