Pancake Breakfast Volunteer Sign-up Sheet

Please help us make our Pancake Breakfast fun and successful. We need about 70 volunteers to make our annual event run smoothly. Don't forget to invite your friends and family.

-sign up with your first and last name and email for a shift or two:-)
-plan to arrive 10 minutes before your shift starts to get instructions.
-if you’re helping with food, you need to wear a hat or put your hair up
-if you are under 13, you need to sign up with an adult
-take a picture of the schedule with your phone as a reminder

KITCHEN VOLUNTEER ROLES

-bake sausages 8 pans as per instructions
-watch oven tempuratures, make sure they stay hot
-move to chafing dish and warming oven, repeat
-set aside the first 50(package) and put in gf oven

-watch level of coffee-make bunn to topup, pour into urn

-syrup -ladle, syrup will be in small water jugs
-margarine -small ice cream scoop, spoon, knife,wet washcloth
-juice boxes-one case at a time -water
-2 cold water jugs, 1 cold water in fridge

--garbage (with bag inside)
--food composting (paper bags)
--other composting (paper bags)
--recycling (with bag inside for juice boxes)
-watch to make sure people put stuff in correct bin or offer to take plates
-dump liquids before putting in bins
-switch out composting bags when half to 3/4 full
--ask city church people to take composting bags home
--after breakfast, garbage can go in the dumpster
-----it is dummy locked
