3	This matrix applies to all planned gatherings or activities (on site or off site) that:				Vaccinated means having had the full CDC recommmend course of COVID-19 vaccine and booster shots
4		(a) are, at least in part:
5		(i) organized and/or led by one or more PBUUC staff, members, visitors, friends and/or groups, or			"Masked" for choir and large indoor groups means KN95 or better
6		(ii) funded by PBUUC;
7		and
8		(b) take place on PBUUC grounds, or
9		are part of PBUUC programming (e.g., a PBUUC small group, class trip, or auction item), or
10		are publicized through PBUUC media.
