3 | Head Coach | Responsible for leading/planning team's practice schedule, practice plans, game management and team formation for 10U and 12 U divisions. Works with Team Manager to ensure all team events have proper chaperones in place per league guidelines. Expected to motivate, inspire, and teach the players on their team. Responsible for conduct of team, coaches and parents. |
4 | Team Manager | Responsible for ensuring all team's volunteers are vetted per league's direction. Responsible for ensuring/planning chaperones are available for all team events and in dugouts at each game. Assist coach in securing and coordinating team volunteers for game day. Serve as information hub all team communication. Team contact and lead for all league events, fundraising, etc. |
5 | Assistant Coach | Assists Head Coach with team instruction and game managment. May be asked to coach bases during games. WIll be expected to become familiar with league playing rules. May be asked to run team operations in place of Head Coach. |
6 | Chaperone | Adult Female that is screened per league guidelines. Works with team manager to ensure a chaperone or the Team Manger attends all team events/games. Teams may not hold events without the Team Manager or a Chaperone present. |
7 | Snack Shack | Each team will be required to fulfill Approximately 15 hours in the snack shack throughout the season. |
8 | Field & Facility Work | Work under the direction of the Field/Facility Director(s) to help prepare fields and surrounding areas for play. This can be done during scheduled Field Days, unplanned work days, practice days and game days. Any special training or experience in maintenance, landscaping or field preparation would be exceptional to have but is not necessary. |
