0.6kg ribs (with bones1. Smoke the ribs

1 red onions2. Cook the onions until soft

1/2 heaped ts cumin8. Add meat and bay leaves to pot and cook for an hour at ~225F

3 squares dark choc cooking9. After an hour, add tomato, vinegar and beans, cook for another 1 1/2 - 2 hours
