Units are to prepare ballots, the Youth Election Summary Report, and the Adult Nomination Form prior to the election. The Chapter election representative(s) will conduct the election, count the ballots, and complete the Youth Election Summary Report, and, if applicable, the Adult Nomination Form. The Unit Leader will electronically sign the Election report after the election is complete. The Chapter election representative will then send a copy of Youth Election Summary Report and Adult Nominatio Form electronically to the Unit Leader and the Lodge Election Coordinator at elections@miki.org.

 Send reports to your Chapter Adviser, Assoc. Adviser of Admin, or whoever is handling elections for your chapter. They will submit them to the lodge.
