Spring Potlucks & Gala

This spreadsheet is divided up into seven tabs. The first one is READ THIS!!!; the last is 3/15 GALA.
Thank you so much for helping to make the spring production of In The Heights a success!
The students work so hard during tech weekends and they build up big appetites so we need all the help we can get in feeding them.
The next few sheets have sign up slots for different food items but if there's something you'd like to bring in that's not listed please feel free to add it.
Information about the weekends is below but if you have any questions please reach out to Dewi, Jen, or Colleen.
Also, feel free to add comments to the bottom of this sheet. We'll check here periodically and address any concerns that come up.

Interested in bringing something not on any of the lists? Just let Colleen, Jen, or Dewi know!
Brand new: The Boosters are now providing all serveware. Please leave your pretty plates and sleek salad tongs at home.
We appreciate you bringing your meals as ready-to-serve as possible, but we're happy to transfer food from your dishes to ours once you arrive.
Please feel free to bring any disposable serveware you wish. We will not be returning disposable serveware.
ALLERGIES AND DIETARY CONSIDERATIONS...
Please make sure your dishes are clearly labeled with all ingredients. See below for allergies and other dietary restrictions.
Please make sure your desserts do not contain nuts.
No beef, fowl, fish or other meat. Dairy and honey okay.
No animal products, including dairy and honey.
No items containing wheat, barley, rye, or hybrids of these grains.
No items containing nuts of any kind.
Set-up and clean-up shifts...
These are pretty much self-explanatory. Lunch set-up shifts involve receiving, setting up, and helping serve the food.
Clean-up shifts involve clearing and cleaning the tables, helping box up any leftovers, and just being an extra pair of hands so we can get everything spic-and-span and ready for the next day.
