This includes setting up announcers booth, setting up office booth, setting up holding arena, set up timer, set up microphone and make sure that is in good /working, dragging and watering arenas if needed * setting up the first class and having all equipment: cones, barrels, poles, timer out in or near holding/main arena area for quick/easy set up, getting ribbons organized and placed on plaquard 1st thru 6th place; setting up one jump in lower arena; posting patterns and showbills in Draft horse barn and upper arena; posting signs on entry booth; bringing office supplies, tables & chairs from Pleasure barn to office area/upper arena; getting wheel barrows, forks, brooms set out in holding arena, down by the lower arena, by draft barn, by trailer areas for clean up, make sure restroom facilities are clean and well supplied * Grab Beverage Cart * set up picnic tables around office area/draft barn * put out show bills/entry forms/wavier forms/back numbers/pins/pens out for exhibitors to grab

Set up and RESET pattern/courses throughout the show. Make sure you know what is needed and that you have everything in holding arena / main arena fence line to quickly get patterns set up. Adult preferred - must have loud and clear voice. It's best to have an understanding of how a speed events are run/review rules prior to event. Class Descriptions are in binder to review prior and during show prior to the start of the class. * Make sure announcement equipment is in good working order and can be heard over the entire showgrounds, welcomes exhibitors, announces updates, reminders, upcoming classes, announce and thanks judge, volunteers, Sponsors, clean up area before leaving, etc. Writes down placings of each class on the Announcer class sheets that are provided by the data entry person. Gives class results to data entry person.

Friendly and patient to collect exhibitor forms and fees * Handles all money. * Appoints tasks to the office assistants to be done * Ensures that all Entry forms, Wavier, Coggins and payment are collected and filed in an orderly manner * Has a copy of the Show bill and Show rules and is able to answer any questions exhibitors may have. Selling Soda/Water. Marks on exhibitor entry forms when an add or scratch class is made and also puts the add/scratch slip with the exhibitors paperwork.
