HOW TO USE THIS SPREADSHEET
8
9
1. Download or make a copy of this sheet. Enter the week starting date on the Weekly Scorecard tab. All other tabs pull it automatically.
10
2. Black bold numbers are formulas. They calculate automatically. Do not type over them.
11
3. The Weekly Scorecard tab pulls everything together into one view.
12
4. Start with ONE metric this Monday. Add one more each week.
13
5. After 4 weeks, compare Week 1 to Week 4. That trend line is the whole point.

38
39
HEALTHY RANGES (RESIDENTIAL TREE WORK)

42
Revenue per crew hour: Build your own 4-week baseline and watch the trend.
43
Lead response time: Under 5 min = ideal. Under 30 min = decent. Over 60 min = losing jobs.
