Task List1. The task list is the master sheet. All the tasks you're planning go in here.

2. When you put an x in show the row appears in client friendly.

3. Hourly rates: There are 3 hourly rates to allow to bill at differently values. You may not need all of them, or even work on a hourly basis. Even if you bill on per project basis however internally it is useful to measure hours of your own time for estimation.

4. Estimate price contains the value for each of the hourly rates. In this example it's set to 1, 2, & 3

Monthly BudgetingThis pivots the task list to show you how much you're spending each month.

Client friendly task sheetWhen you're happy with your plans, mark an x in the task list, show column and it will appear in here.

This tab can then be queried from another client friendly spreadsheet allowing you to have one plan and update it here.
