| or head to the release page to download the newest samus!
| Samus' Gunship | |
| Samus' iconic gunship will now spawn together with you. You can enter it to review items, learn skills and game mechanics, set all kinds of options ranging from cosmetics to controls to difficulty modes to match settings.
| This'll help players learn the game and almost entirely eliminate the need to learn unintuitive console commands. I have faith in how straightforward this system is, so I won't list all the ship-related new options/parameters.

| New Items | |
| All beams can now be upgraded with their own beam combos! Collect a weapon twice to obtain it's combo, then charge and use missiles to unleash devastating attacks! But be careful, your beam will overheat and enter a cooldown.
| Also new is the Spider Ball! The Spider Ball lets you climb any wall in morph ball so long as it has charge, and even boost from wall to wall!
| Beware, however! You no longer start with missiles, bombs, OR the Varia Suit. You will have to collect these from monitors and work your way to the top!

| New and Upgraded Visuals!
| The entire wad's gotten a good polish. All of Samus' sprites were overhauled(Almost all courtesy of Burning-Fox!), each suit has it's own sprites, almost all actions received new/revamped effects, your arm cannon reacts to light and has
| new effects, your HUD is much more active, water will drip off your visor, your suit now glows in the dark, there's an option to give SRB2's common items a Metroid make-over, and much more!
| .....well, I could list everything, but you'll no doubt see for yourself!

| Modified World & Gameplay
| If everyone's playing as Samus or you're playing alone, the vanilla levels occasionally change. Think of a race turning into an escape sequence, green hills turning into a rainy gloomy meadow, or a bright desert turned into dark ruins.
| Enemies have been rebalanced and each have weaknesses and/or resistances to your weapons. If that's not challenging enough, set them to hypermode to make them even tougher, faster, and gain all-new powers.
| Extra lives are no more. You can only die once before it's game over! Collect energy tanks and upgrade your suit to stay alive at all costs! (but don't worry, death pits and crushers won't instakill you)
| ||
| Speedruns and Item % | |
| The game now keeps track of your item completion % and will display your progress when you defeat a boss! Go for 100%! Or try and beat the game at 0%! Perhaps you'll get a reward for beating the game entirely at 100%?
| For those wanting to test their skill, Samus now keeps track of your in-game time. Your total time will be displayed at each boss, and when you beat the final boss, the time displayed there will be your final IGT!
| Want a speedrun without RNG? Hold Custom 2 and Custom 3 at the start of gameplay to begin a "C5" run. You'll only need to collect the Chaos Emeralds. 0% runs are naturally RNG-free as well.

| More! | |
| The list is rather huge, so I'll put the rest in the Major and Minor changes tabs! Includes bug fixes, balance/gameplay changes, features, etc. I spend much more time on this update than I actually did the original release.
