Accepted Students Night

By February 6,2018 create a form to match incoming students with a current chapter member, with the goal of helping to match students based on sending town and interests.

February 6,2018. I will work together with Bella to create a google form to send out to current students to pair FFA buddies. We will create this by making a list of ways to pair buddies during committees.

We got the form created by February 7, 2018.

By February 9, 2018 send out the form to current freshmen, sophomores, and juniors.

By Friday March 9, 2018, 70% of the incoming freshmen class will attend the Accepted Students Night celebration.

We will send out an e-blast advertising the event with dates and times to the families of all incoming students.

We will send out the form to everybody to encourage them to sign up as a buddy. We will also advertise the date of the Accepted Student's Night so people are aware of the event.

Friday March 9, 2018. On the night of the event, we will set aside a chunk of time where you can pair up with your buddy and ask questions or play games. If one needs help finding their buddy, they can come to another student or teacher to ask for help.

85% of incoming students met their buddies.
