Open Playbook of Best Practice

The key to truly moving the dial on inclusion in tech is connecting the dots, not re-inventing the wheel.

All TTC signatories are committed to sharing best practice, what works and what might work.

In that spirit, the TTC has used its regional events (see list below) to bring together companies and intermediaries working on diversity to create an "open playbook" of best practice across all aspects of recruiting, retaining and growing great diverse talent in tech.

This worksheet is the "first draft" of the playbook, containing the following sections:

+ Recruitment

+ Retention & Growth

+ Supporting Returners & Retraining

+ Culture

+ Other Resources

Please feel free to review all the ideas. If you have any questions, suggestions or great new ideas, just let us know at: hello@techtalentcharter.co.uk

Thanks!

Debbie and the team at TTC
