From approx 10amEvent Marshals- Locate competitors and bring to the marshalling area (side of mat) before their matches
- Help direct athletes to the correct mat and side (white or blue) when called
- Keep track of match order and coordinate with table officials
- Assist with managing crowd flow around competition areas
- Provide basic information to players, coaches, and spectators if asked
- Help maintain a safe and organised event environment
- Gauge interest throughout the day of who would like to participate in friendlies after formal competition has concluded

From 10amScoring Desk Officials- Sit at scoring desk and input scores based on referee calls. No prior experience necessary, but an understanding of judo refereeing terms (Ippon, Waza-ari, Yuko, Osaekomi etc) would be helpful. Multiple people required to allow breaks for everyone. Jason, Adam, ToniMore volunteers required (super important job!)

From 9:45amReferees- Referee on the mats during contests. Ref briefing to be held before matches commence. Brent, Jason, Toni (corner ref - I am not accrediated until 2pm)More volunteers required (super important job!)

From approx 10amTake high quality photos and videos of matches as well as general crowd/event photos- Megan will be taking professional photos but will be required for other duties on and off. Can never have too many angles! High quality video would be particularly helpful for post-event review and promotional video. Full resolution files to be supplied to Megan ASAP after event.Megan, ToniMore volunteers required

Event End until finishedPack-down, clean up- Vacuum and spot clean mats then sanitise with pressurised antibacterial spray (provided)
- Pick up rubbish, clean up any mess around the area
- Pack down signage and banners
- Carry items to cars
- Pack away leftover food
