- 1) Scroll down on this page to find the regions and their associated counties. You will also notice an embedded map with the regions highlighted. Within each region, we broke them into sub-regions trying to focus on driveability and other factors. I also provided links to the maps developed by the CO Dept. of Ed as we used their regional breakdown as our reference point.

2) Once you find the region you are interested in, click the corresponding tab and from there you'll see all the sub-regions.

3) The goal is to populate each sub-region with district meal service information and then begin adding in other partners within that region who are providing meals (or food boxes, or pantry options, etc.). This should help you quickly identify accurate meal information while having a good understanding of where the gaps are.

4) Over the next couple of weeks, we will begin populating responses to the addtional questions. This will help us understand long term challenges, concerns and opportunities to provide support.

5) We are collating info from Partner Survey's developed by the Blueprint to End Hunger along with farmer surveys.

6) As needed, we are directing people to the CSU COVID-19 Matchmaking Tool to enter in even more detailed infomation concerning assets and needs while collaborating to help connect our local producers to those who want to buy local products.

7) Summer Sites are being noted in line with current emergency feeding sites (e.g., Alamosa Meal Site/summer or Alamosa Meal Site/*summer)
This is a living document with information being populated over the weeks.
