Please start by creating a folder within this accrediation folder with the name of your Sunday Assembly area e.g (e.g. Sunday Assembly London). Secondly, within this document go to "File" > "make a copy", then rename as "Accreditation application form Sunday Assembly Area" and put it in the folder you just created.  Part A is completed by the assembly seeking accreditation, Part B is completed by the accreditors after their review of the document and videos, assembly visit and meeting with the organising team.

Almost every field in Part A is mandatory and should be filled in - if you can't fill something in please have a go at sorting it out before you begin the accreditation process.

Several documents are requested. Please upload scans/photos/digital versions of these to the folder you just created ("Sunday Assembly 'Area'") and name them as requested. It would be helpful if you then add links to them by pressing Ctrl+k (or the little chain link in the grey bar near the top right of the screen) then searching for the name of the document. If you believe the information is too sensitive to share with the wider group, say "available on request" and email it to the accreditors once you know who they are. You should have the documentation ready before you start the process, though!

An important part of the documentation are three videos. They needn't be amazing quality - from a mobile phone will do - of three out of your four most recent assemblies. Videos should *ideally* show the faces of the audience and have must sound. Please give audience members the option of a location to not be filmed in. Please upload to either Dropbox (https://www.dropbox.com) or Google Drive (SAE or your own) then share the link in this form. For intructions on how to share links, scroll to the right.
