I have lodging to offer folks, what do I do?

1. Go to the "Lodging" tab

2. Put your name in Column A and your email in Column B

3. Use the key at the top of the sheet to color the approriate number of cells according to what you have available. See the first row for an example

4. Add any details you think relevant in the notes column

5. Wait to be contacted by folks who sign up for your slots. It's your house, so set whatever norms/expectations that you need to. Thanks for providing lodging!

I could use a place to stay while I'm in town, what do I do?

1. Go to the "Lodging" tab

2. Look for a row with open slots (pruple, green, yellow). RED CELLS ARE NOT OPEN SLOTS

3. Check the location and the notes columns to make sure this would work for you.

4. Put your name down in the appropriate cell.

5. Email the provider of the lodging to coordinate specifics and ask questions. If it turns out not to work out, REMOVE YOUR NAME SO SOMEONE ELSE CAN CLAIM IT

I am driving/sailing to Boston and have an empty seat/berth, what do I do?

1. Go to "Travel" tab

2. Put down your name, email, and planned departure/arrival times in the appropriate colums

3. Use the key at the top of the sheet to color the approriate number of cells according to what you have available. See the first row for an example

4. Add any details you think relevant in the notes column

5. Wait to be contacted by folks who sign up for your slots. Thanks for providing transportation!

6. If you plans change, make sure to contact the folks who had signed up with you and (if needed), remove your row from the spreadsheet altogether
