SPORTSMANSHIP!
4
Good Sportsmanship is not conditional on the other guy being a good sport.
5
Good Sportsmanship is tested and proven by how you behave when the other guy is a poor sport.

8
All teams playing in these two divisions are playing ALL-IN.

COMMUNICATE. Each manager should email or the opposing team manager 1-2 days in advance of the scheduled game, to make sure both teams are positive of the date/time/field. Also, to make sure they know how to contact each other on the day of the game in case of inclement weather.
13
14
RULES. ALL games shall be played by the rules posted on the Anne Arundel Baseball Cooperative website: www.aabaseballcoop.org.
15
Be sure to review the following rules, and any others needing clarification, at the home plate conference with the umpire and opposing manager:
16
Innings, Time Limit, Run Limit, Slaughter Rule, Pitcher Inning Limit, and Bat Limit.
17
18
MAKE-UP GAMES. When a game needs to be rescheduled, the home organization is responsible for coordinating the makeup game, typically the home team working directly with their org's field scheduler and the visiting team manager. If the home team cannot provide a makeup field, they should check with the visiting team or a neutral field. Make every reasonable effort to play the game.
19
Once a new date/time/field is agreed upon, the home organization is responsible for scheduling the umpires, and notifying the Co-op Game Scheduler for that division to update the schedule.
20
If either team/org is having trouble coordinating with the other team/org, contact the division Game Scheduler for assistance. It is understood that all games will not necessarily be able to be made up in time, particularly those near the end of the season.
21
If a post season tournament is being played, exceptions to these policies should be made clear to all participants, but generally a Tournament Scheduler shall make any and all reasonable decisions in order to complete the tournament in a timely manner.
