Diagnosed conditions that are automatically eligibile for Early ACCESS are listed as Yes.

Diagnosed conditions that are not automatically eligible for Early ACCESS are listed as NO. Children with diagnosed conditions that are not automatically eligible for Early ACCESS should still be referred, screened and/or evaluated for developmental delays.

If a child has a diagnosed condition that is not listed they should still be referred, screened and/or evaluated for developmental delays through Early ACCESS. For diagnosed conditions not listed, please submit as a question about Early ACCESS procedures (link provided below). The condition will be reviewed by Child Health Specialty Clinics medical staff and added to the list with corresponding result, Yes/No.
