We will learn how to dress like a professional chef or front of the house person. I will lead by example and show the students on a daily basis of how to dress like a professional chef.

We will learn to communicate on a high level when it is busy in the kitchen and restaurant. We will learn to say "please" and "thank you".I will lead by example and show them how important it is to use the words, "please" and "thank you".

We will learn the kitchen brigade system and how a chain-of-command works.Lecture on kitchen brigade and show examples of what the different positions would look like.
