Transitions between four states (P, G, U, I): Ajustment (invalidate people with tenure less or equal to 3 months)
Stocks at time t and flows between t and t+1. Gross worker flows are denoted by two consecutive capital letters. The first one is the origin of the flow, the second one its destination. Following the same logic, quaterly transition rates are denoted by small letters. All time series are seasonnally adjusted using the X13-ARIMA program.
