Puck Bag Duty Responsible for 2 puck bags per team. Coordinate between puck bag managers to ensure at least one bag is at every on-ice event for your team. 2 per team; Avery collects bags for summer storage

Scorekeeper ManagementServes as point of contact for scorebox shifts, which are set at the beginning of the season. Check in with each week with your teams scorebox crew to remind them up their upcoming shift. It is each person's responsbility to find their own sub if they cannot fill their shift, but you are required to keep up to date on any changes.1 per team

Score SheetsBring WCHL scoresheets to every home game (and away games, just to be safe) with team roster stickers attached. Before games, share scoresheet with away team, deliver sheet to scorebox. Retreive signed scoresheet after game. Upload completed scoresheets to Pirate docs, fill out stats spreadsheet, and send to WCHL as necessary.2 per team - take turns; upload to Google Drive; take a good picture

Shift Tracking Keeps track of who played what position for each game and makes note of any changes, if any, throughout the game. Enters data into shift tracking spreadsheet following games.Remove

WCHL Team RepsActs as point of contact throughout the season with WCHL and attends beginning-of-season scheduling meeting. Will receive all correspondence from WCHL and communicate directly with Planks regarding all communications. 1 per team

Team CaptainRespresentative for team to coaches and referees. Responsible for overall team composure and morale in the locker room and on the bench. Runs effective and timely warm-ups before games.Elected, 1 per team

Referee Scheduling Organize referees for all home games through the dchoa.org website. Stay in communication with Planks regarding payments for referees.2 people; Max and Avery teach 2 other people
