|Hills||7||Vegetable||Bone-Marrow||Acid Rain||Oily plant with that grows in shallow pools, courgette-like protuberances float just under the water's surface. Smells like old meat but tastes ok. Flies that try to land on it slip into the water and die, feeding it. Larger creatures slip in too and drown, hence the name.|

|Flatland||5||Bulb||Frazzlejack||Warning||Grows around deposits of angel metal. Flat, wide leaves look almost pasted on. Angel metal repels the Gas Front for up to a week after a Warning. Round onion-like bulbs grow most commonly grow where angel metal meets the earth.|
|Mushroom that shlurps back down into the ground in the wake of Gas Fronts. Loves the dark of Chokestorms|
|Flatland||8||Bug||Slopworm||Acid Rain||Maggot-like slippery critters, like a defanged Tentacle Parasite almost. Very strange. Lives in mud, look for the worm castings. Comes to the surface in rain.|
|Flatland||9||Meat||Skip-Rat||Clear||Fast, long-legged rats that can outrun a gas front. They run a little faster than a man, but they can run for great distances.|
|Flatland||10||Meat||Glassroach||Haze||Glossy inorganic back carapace allows it to hunker down and weather Gas Fronts. Glows at night, smaller cousin to the Fire Beetle.|
|River||1||Fish||Mud Bream||Haze||Travel in shoals and love to stir up mud during a Haze. Bony but quite delicious with a slight vinegar tang.|
|Carp with a strange human-like eyes. Said to be a demon who decided against rebirth. Indeed, there's usually an obol inside one's stomach and they taste a little spicy.|
|River||7||Vegetable||Topsy-Turvy Lily||Warning||Flip upside-down and sink below the surface during a Warning, making it easty to harvest their artichoke-like bulbs from their undersides.|
|River||8||Fish||Swarm Minnow||Haze||Minnows streaking around in groups of 10 or more, tightly swarming so they look like one long fish. Leap from the water to catch flying insects in a long swarm which looks neat.|
