9	1	Project Plan	This tab outlines the internal timeline of sample activities to execute prior to the launch of a COVID-19 testing program. Structured to support a district in setting up a comprehensive program in 30 days, the project plan can also be compressed or expanded as needed. It was designed to apply both to districts that are partnering with local institutions to execute testing and to those systems that will be conducting testing in-house.
10	2	Roles and Responsibilities	This tab outlines the roles and responsibilities of those who will develop and operationalize the district's testing plan.
11	3	Tabletop Exercises	This tab provides recommended working groups and a set of tabletop exercises for the groups to complete as they prepare to launch testing.
12	4	Detailed Workplan	This tab offers recommended key milestones and deliverables to help school districts track internal progress and share updates with external stakeholders.
13	5	Key Questions	This tab outlines key operational and strategic questions that a district must answer as it works to design and launch a testing program.
