1		Every council in England has to make their accounts open to the public for 20 days every year. This spreadsheet aims to provide a single reference point for when those dates are for each council

9	Public authority	: please leave this column unchanged, as it uses names which can be matched with other data

11	Accounts open from	Please enter the date when accounts were opened to public inspection. It does not matter if that date was in the past, as this can be a useful guide for future dates
12	Accounts open to	The last date when accounts were available to public inspection. This can be calculated from the first date anyway, so don't worry if you don't know.
13	Source URL	The URL of any webpage where you got this information from. That might be on the council website or a third party such as a hyperlocal site, newspaper or individual, or event a tweet
14	Notes	Anything which isn't clear from the other columns. For example it may be that a date is approximate or there is extra information about inspections which you need to include.
