3	CE-marking
4		Declaration of performance (DoP)	The Declaration of Performance (DoP) is the key concept in the Construction Products Regulation (CPR). The DoP serves to deliver the information about the essential characteristics of the product that a manufacturer wants to make available on the market. The manufacturer shall draw up a Declaration of Performance when a product covered by a harmonised standard (hEN) or a European Technical Assessment (ETA) is placed on the market.
5		EC Declaration of Conformity	The EC declaration of conformity is the written statement and the a single declaration drawn up by the manufacturer to demonstrate the fulfilment of the EU requirements relating to a product bearing the CE marking he has manufactured.
6		Certificate of constancy of performance	This certificate attests that all provisions concerning the assessment and verification of constancy of performance and the performances described in Annex ZA of a harmonised standard were applied and that the product fulfils all the prescribed requirements.
7		European Technical Assessment (ETA)	The European Technical Assessment (ETA) is a document providing information on the assessment of the performance of a construction product, in relation to its essential characteristics.
8		Certificate of conformity of the factory production control	The documented, permanent and internal control of production in a factory, in accordance with the relevant harmonised technical specifications.

10	National technical requirements
11		National technical approval	a document that declares that a construction product or a specified system is in compliance with specific regulations in a country or area. The document shall be issued by a notified body (see attachement for list of NB`s).
12		Product certification	the process of certifying that a certain product has passed performance tests and quality assurance tests, and meets qualification criteria stipulated in contracts, regulations, or specifications (relevant product standards)

15		Safety Data Sheet	Safety data sheets (SDS) are the main tool for ensuring that suppliers communicate enough information along the supply chain to allow safe use of their substances and mixtures. Safety data sheets include information about the properties of the substance (or mixture), its hazards and instructions for handling, disposal and transport and also first-aid, fire-fighting and exposure control measures. This information can be found in the main body of the safety data sheet or in the annexed exposure scenarios (where applicable). The requirements for the compilation of the safety data sheets are specified in Annex II of REACH.
16		COSHH Assessment	?? is a document prepared for chemicals which is not included in the requirements for Safety Data Sheets (SDS). It shall be available for welding rods and cord solders (and some more), which describes the health hazard for some polutions created at use.
17		Description of workplace	a general, short description of the key tasks and environmental factors at the workplace. Used related to monitoring personnel on sick leave
18		Instructions for use	information concerning chemicals where protective gear, danger, waste, use of product etc are described with extensive use of symbols
19		Substitution document	document that describes performed review of one or more products that requires SDS/MSDS

23		FM documentation	Facility management documentation should include the following: manufacturer information, product/system description, maintenance-, environmental- and waste information
24		Maintenance information	A document describing maintenance information of a construction product, a system or kit.
25		Assembly instructions	describes mounting/installation/application etc. of a product/kit/system
26		User manual	describes how to use a product after installation/assembly etc

30		EPD - Environmental Product Declaration	An Environmental Product Declaration, EPD, is a verified document that reports environmental data of products based on life cycle assessment (LCA) and other relevant information and in accordance with the international standard ISO 14025 (Type III Environmental Declarations).
31		Nordic Swan	Svanen (The Swan) is the official Nordic ecolabel, introduced by the Nordic Council of Ministers.
32		EU Ecolabel	The EU Ecolabel helps you identify products and services that have a reduced environmental impact throughout their life cycle, from the extraction of raw material through to production, use and disposal.

34		EU Energy Label	Energy labels help consumers choosing products which save energy and thus money. The energy efficiency of the appliance is rated in terms of a set of energy efficiency classes from A to G on the label, A being the most energy efficient, G the least efficient.

37		M1 - Emission Classification of Building Materials	The aim of the classification is to enhance the development and use of low-emitting building materials
38		EMICODE EC1 PLUS	The EMICODE® labelling system classifies products into three classes according to their emission behaviour. Only products which satisfy the highest requirements under stringent testing are rated as “very low emission” for inclusion in the top class, EMICODE® EC1PLUS. They carry the EC1PLUS label on their packaging as a visible sign of best possible health protection and high environmental acceptability.
