FOH:missing sausage rolls, sold out quite early pastries very large order FOH: busier than yesterday! Uber peaked at lunch with big orders and a small delay in orders from the kitchen due to this . Had some wastage, salami focaccia and fruit tarts All sold quite fast but the rest lasted well. Calvin and i worked very well together smooth service. I adjusted the positioning of packaging and tongs so it worked well!FOH: very quiet morning but lunch massive. Uber and queue hit at once the usual time again. Alvin slow on coffee so lacked helped with packing food and cleaning floor. Riley did most packaging but popped out to help clean a couple times and restocked before she finished at 2. Kitchen smashed it wait was consistently good no issues there. One large uber order cancelled after we made 5 sandwiches which ended up as staff lunch! FOH:quiet did market packaging and extra packaging FOH:Very quiet in the morning than rush the rest of the day FOH:very busy morning, than just a rush for the rest of the day sold out of ciabatta bread
