How does The Fire Jar serve you? What would make you more likely to recommend it to friends? Anything else to share?
2
Inspiration, often for exercise.
Engagement with ideas that I may not have thought about in awhile, inspiring me to revisit, explore, refresh, and maybe deepen an understanding.
Maybe interesting guests? A sense of more connection. Maybe that's why the community-sourced material is popular.

It's a series of emails I always enjoy getting, very informative about things I'm interested in and sometimes things I never realized I could be interested in. It's a glimpse into your life, the life of others - the way they see the world, interact with it, and so on, and I really enjoy the mini courses (meditating, drawing).I think my only struggle in recommending it would be trying to succinctly explain what it is, which if I'm not mistaken is why you're doing this survey haha.Share what you find out about parenting tips! All my friends be popping out babies now :)
4
It puts a smile on my face every Monday morning. Just great to see what you're thinking about.Having friends. Ba dum pah.

But, seriously, it's great the way it is. I only docked two strawberries because it's not that often that I recommend blogs to anyone. I keep them to myself.
Unless you're trying hard to monetize it, just follow your gut.
5
Offers inspiration Keep it up! Love how it’s low-key and personal and consistent !!
6
I like seeing what interesting topic you decided to tackle that week. I like that it's a smorgasbord of thoughts and topics. And of course your drawings and animations and multi-media in general is always cool to look at.Probably if it had a central focus or theme that you were going deep on. Then I'd recommend it anytime that theme came up in conversation. But I don't think that makes TFJ necessarily better...it just makes it more likely that I'd recommend it. Since it's a moving target, it's hard to recommend to someone unless I knew they'd dig all the non-sequiturs.More multi-media. More collabs. More summaries of interesting stuff you have learned. I feel like you're always read and listening to stuff, you should take things that interest you from there and research them and create some "here's what I learned and I'm passing it on to you" episodes. Keep going!
7
Hard one. It’s fresh perspective on stuff from an interesting person, which is a good way to start the week
8
Bite sized, thought provoking ideas and insights. Models creative sharing.Depends on the friend! Hope this continues to be a sustainable source of joy/goodness/connection for you!
9
Monday morning boost of "hmm..."A clearer generalized application. Maybe a way to search by topics? Thinking how I'd be able to say, "oh, you should check out the fire jar because of your interest in [x]"Keep going!
10
Monday motivation. Perspective. Creative inspiration. $10Keep up the meaningful and fun work.
11
love following the journeya clearer desire from jeremy that he wants it to grow
longer more personal pieces on the journey
a more clearly defined scope of what the posts are going to cover
I'm still not sure what the "fire jar" is - is it a newsletter? videos? random collection of art?
12
It's a fun treat every Monday morning. I enjoy the randomness of the topics.I tend to recommend it based on specific posts - I'll send the piece on negotiation to a friend struggling with negotiations and I'll send the movement pieces to friends getting into new forms of movement.
13
The Fire Jar is an easy read. Always thought provoking and visually engaging. I like that I never know what the next one will be about! Could also imagine a Fire Jar podcast in the future, which would be so dope.
14
It encourages me to embrace "beginner's mind". It encourages me to GET STARTED. It reminds me to be consistent in my practices. And it connects body mind and spirit.A bit more focus to the content within the buckets of "Body: Youtube videos on exercises", "Mind: Musings from the editor," and "Spirit: Creative Exercises/courses"
15
I dig the content. Easily consumed. Make brain happy.More eye candy, develop the design more, maybe make the articles visible in the email body.Love what you’re doing, want to see it grow
16
It’s just some fun/interesting tidbits that brighten up my day or make me think about something new.
