DescriptionThis spreadsheet contains the historical appointment availability information obtained by VaccineBotTO (Twitter: @to_vaccine) from the booking websites. The bot checks the available appointment slots for the "Community at greater risk - people 18 years and older who are in High Risk Areas" eligibiligy group once every 5 minutes, and updates this spreadsheet in real time.

Data Format- The spreadsheet contains multiple worksheets, each stores the historical appointment availability information of one specific clinic.

- Each row in the spreadsheet stores the appointment availability at the specific clinic from one round of checking.

- The first column (with header "Check Time") contains the date and time a specific round of checking is finished.

Known Data Quality Issues- The interval between records may not be strictly 5 minutes apart.

- There are missing records (especially for bulk releases prior to May 1, 2021) due to the bot waiting in line to access booking websites.

- The bot started checking Downtown East Toronto locations on Apr 18, 2021; West Toronto locations on Apr 21, 2021; and Hospitals on Apr 30, 2021. Data prior to these dates for the respective locations is not available.
