4	SWFSC home club and associate members are all invited to participate in our annual spring show! Skaters may sign up for one solo and one group number. If there is more interest than slots, you may be asked to choose one.				Hosting our annual shows would not be possible without volunteers!
5					All members and non-members are encouraged to sign up to volunteer.
6	Saturday, April 18, 2026 @ 6:30pm				This will count towards SWFSC membership volunteer commitments.

9	Programs should be under 2:00 minutes and uploaded here.

22	10				Locker Room Monitor	5:45-8:00pm		Must be SkateSafe certified. Enforce SkateSafe locker room policies. There must always be 2 adults in the locker room if any minors are present.

25	13				Ice Monitor	6:15-8:00pm		Check-in skaters at the rink door and direct skaters on/off the ice. Inform announcer if any skaters are missing.

27	15				Music Player	6:15-8:00pm		Play skater music on the provided laptop. Katelyn will review how to play music at 6:15pm.
28	16				Photographer	6:15-8:00pm		Capture pictures of the event using your own device and upload to our photo folder after the event.
29	17				Event Tear Down	7:45-9:00pm	Hoover	Help with putting away/removing any show items.

34	22				Bake Sale Donations	6:00 PM	Hoover	Donate individually wrapped baked goods to fundraise. Drop off at bake sale table upon arrival.
