Marcella83310/22/2020The primary reason that we loved this apartment was due to the fact that we were on the top floor, facing Walnut Creek. It was incredibly peaceful in the morning with just the right amount of sunlight. Having no upstairs neighbors was a really great selling point as we loved to spend time outside on our private balcony. I also loved our building's proximity to the complex's amenities, namely the pool and the gym. We actually never had any issues with the apartment itself. Our issues happened with the main office toward the end of our lease when we had to move out.

We had purchased a home and at the end of our lease we asked two main questions: 1) if we moved out a month earlier than when our lease expires, would we be penalized. 2) do we need to repaint the walls? We were told "No" to both of these questions so we prepared to move according to the information given to us.

When the time came to turn in our moving paperwork, the main office tried to charge us for 2 months of rent + two months penality. Which would have amounted to over $4000.00 in fees! It took us over a week to get this sorted with management. And once it was sorted, we still got charged $200.00 for a repainting fee when we officially moved. Which we also had to fight. Luckily, we were able to get these fees resolved but it was horrifically stressful. 		5Overall, I loved the convenience of the apartment. Its much cheaper than living in the Domain proper.
