We are glad you are taking the time to focus on you and get active. We as runners know that cross training
is just as important as running. In order to allow all of our participants to safely stay active, we have provided a
couple cross training activities that allows everyone to input their daily mileage
regardless of whether they ran, swam, rode a bike, or even rollerbladed.
