Aaron Barnett is the Chief Innovation Officer at Generation Distinct, where he equips young leaders to step into their God-given potential and create meaningful impact in the world. With a deep passion for reigniting the vibrancy and impact of the Local Church, Aaron has spent over a decade investing in youth and young adult ministry.
As the founder and executive leader of LiminalYA, Aaron invests his time working with churches nationwide as a traveling evangelist, speaker, leader, and consultant. His mission is to unleash leaders and help organizations bridge the gap between where they are and where they could be.
Alongside his wife, Hannah, Aaron is sparking transformative conversations around passion, purpose, and justice, drawing the next generation into deeper discussions about Jesus, the Gospel, and the Great Commission.

Aaron is relentless in his pursuit of knowing and being known by Jesus Christ, using creativity to shape culture, foster connection, and drive innovation—his defining modus operandi.

Aaron has spent the past 25 years working in the non-profit, philanthropic, and startup spaces. His diverse roles have seen him guide everything from a complete organizational overhaul to major marketing campaigns, from book development projects to major arena events. Much of that time was spent in New York City where he aided in revitalization efforts post 9/11. Aaron served as vice president at the North American Mission Board, where he provided critical leadership and strategic guidance during a transformative season in the organization’s history. Following his tenure at NAMB, Aaron spent more than five years as a key strategist for Louie Giglio and Passion City Church in Atlanta. In 2015, Aaron founded Future City Now to help visionary leaders maximize their influence in the world. Since then, FCN has partnered with executives, professional athletes, motivational speakers, authors, and other public figures to help bring their vision for impact to life.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Aaron also has a Ph.D. in Applied Theology and is an assistant professor at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Aaron lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife Carmen and their four children.

Started in Georgia, where I led a small church and grew the student ministry program. I was then given the opportunity at Sagebrush, where I now oversee 18 staff members across eight campuses and on average 1,000 students weekly.

I have also simultaneously founded and led some successful business ventures over the years.

Aaron Graham is the founding and lead pastor of The District Church, a vibrant, multiethnic community in the heart of Washington, DC. He is the author of the forthcoming book Unshakeable Faith: How to Stand Firm in a Culture of Lies (Penguin Random House).

Aaron holds a master’s degree in public policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School and a doctorate in missiology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Amy, are champions of foster care and adoption, and they founded DC127 to help unite churches to ensure every child has a home. They live in Washington, DC, with their two teenage children, Elijah and Natalie.

Ali Parsons is a licensed minister at The Church of Eleven22 and the founder and host of Neighbors, a podcast and ministry centered on loving God, loving people, and telling the world about it. Helping people claim that same calling and walk confidently in what God has designed them to do is one of her greatest joys.

Other greatest joys include being married to her high school best friend, Wes, raising two fierce daughters, Sunny and Conrad, biking around their little beach town, planning theme parties, and good food with good friends.

Allen Nunnally is a nonprofit executive with over 15 years of leadership across multiple sectors, including anti-trafficking, child protection, education, international development, and church ministry. He currently serves as Senior Director of WinShape Leadership, where he equips mission-driven organizations with practical strategies for growth and long-term impact. Rooted in his faith, Allen is passionate about building up leaders, sharpening organizations, cultivating excellence, and advancing redemptive work around the world.

Alli Worthington is an entrepreneur, best-selling author of five books, Founder of the Uplift app, and CEO of Little Things Studio. As a business coach, speaker, and podcast host, she helps women succeed in business and life without burnout.

Her straight-shooting take on balance and success has led to appearances on The Today Show and Good Morning America. Alli lives outside of Nashville with her husband, Mark, their five sons, and a pampered golden retriever.

Andrea Lathrop has been serving the Church as an ordained minister for over twenty-four years. She has served in a wide variety of pastoral roles looking after the areas of operations, missions, adult discipleship and leadership development. She is passionate about helping people discover a high view of God and the subsequent understanding of their belovedness - believing that is the foundation for great fruitfulness.

In 2021, Andrea completed the Leadership and Global Perspectives Doctorate of Ministry program at George Fox University. She is a certified Spiritual Director through Baylor's Truett Seminary. She recently accepted the role of Senior Vice President of Services at OneHope - a global missions organization focused on bringing God’s word to the next generation.

Her and her husband of twenty-five years, Justin, love living in the Dallas area with their 17 year-old son and 20 year-old daughter, small dog and three-legged cat.

Pastor Andrew L. Momon, Jr. (aka Pastor Mo) is married to his best friend Dr. Kendra Momon. Married for 13 years they co-lead as campus pastors of Victory Church - Midtown Campus since 2018. In this capacity, he serves as the primary leader, visionary, and communicator of a thriving multicultural, multiethnic & multigenerational congregation serving an average of 2,000 in physical/ onsite attendance weekly.

In his role, he also directs and oversees a staff of 18, a 200 plus member volunteer team, and helps to lead and facilitate both local and international missions partnerships and sponsorship. He is also a part of the senior leadership team of Victory Church with voice and influence over the direction of its multi site 12,000 plus member congregation as well as online membership.

Prior to becoming campus pastor, her served as executive director of Urban Specialists ATL - a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending senseless violence. He also served on the pastoral staff of New Birth Mission Baptist Church for 16 years in a variety of roles including Chief Leadership Officer.

He is co-founder of Momon Leadership - a leadership and people development consultancy based in Atlanta, GA., a John Maxwell certified leader coach, trainer, and speaker. Andrew is the author of Be The Answer - a book on transformational servant leadership, as well as his latest book LEADERFIT. He is a purple belt in Jujitsu and believes that physical fitness and effective leadership are interconnected.

Anne Morgan-LeClaire is a strategic operator who loves helping mission-driven organizations thrive and making things happen. Anne spent over a decade at ESPN, where she played a key role in launching the SEC Network, and later served as chief of staff to Tim Tebow, managing brand strategy and high-profile campaigns for books, films, and media appearances.

Dr. Arthur L. He is also privileged to serve as an adjunct professor in Regent University’s Doctorate of Strategic Leadership program, where he helps prepare the next generation of Kingdom leaders. My name is Brad Godwin, and I’m from Bentonville, AR. I’ve been married to my beautiful bride, Leslie, for 13 years, and we have 4 daughters, 3 on earth (Dia, 12, Aria, 9, and Evie, 4) and 1 in Heaven (Lucy). I have spent over 18 years working in marketing for global brands like Nike, MolsenCoors, and other Consumer Package Goods. Currently, I work for a Tech Startup and lead our CPG Partnerships Team, which is such a privilege. I love live music, cooking, and traveling. For twenty years, Cheryl served on the leadership team of a multiethnic church in Austin, Texas, mentoring women, young adults, and ministry teams. Alongside her coaching, speaking, and leadership work, she serves as the National Director for Cultural Communities with Celebrate Recovery, equipping and supporting leaders of color across the recovery landscape.

Cheyanne has a passion for guiding others to uncover their unique purpose in life so they can be unleashed to make their impact on the world around them. Following her own experience with the Paterson LifePlan® Process, she pursued certification and launched her own practice, honored to walk alongside others on a similar journey.

When she’s not meeting with clients, Cheyanne partners with her husband Grant in leading the Next Gen initiatives at THINQ in Nashville where they convene high-capacity next generation leaders and create space for connection, collaboration, and spiritual and emotional health. She is also the Director of Culture at Way Church where her “shepherd’s heart” for people and love for creating spaces for meaningful connection come alive.
