Then search for the bright sides of each circumstance.
Finally read your new bright side list.

My siblings are a roller coaster sometimes. They get upset or distant inconsistently.They give me opportunity to give attention to other people who want it.

Today I wrongfully got blamed for a failed chore related disasternow I'm less likely to be enlisted to do chores like that, so now I have more time for things that are more important to me.

They are out of that menu item.I don't have to use will power, because today's diet was circumstantially automatic

She's moving away.I have a new oppritunity to make new first impressions and change my expectations baseline, and breakout of my last box.

Toilet paper is scarce during covid.I get the opportunity to enjoy more showers and with that a water back massage, and hear my beautiful reverb sonnet.

Washing hands is mandatory here.I can shake peoples hands without gaging, knowing they washed their hands.

Resources are tight.I get to learn budget skills, cut waste, journal spending, live beneath by means, save strategically, & invest in what matters.

Everything is online now during covid, shopping, meetings, school.The internet infrastructure is improved, accelerating gigabit fiber roll out so I don't need to wait for flix and chill to load.

During lockdown I can't eat out.Our conversations don't need to be interrupted by a waiter every couple minutes.

So many people need help right now.What a great oppritunity to watch how awesome people can be for eachother. It's inspiring.

Life is uncomfortable.I have more excuse & motivation to change which makes improvement possible.

Hospitals are not as accessible during covid.We have an oppritunity to practice a more careful life style so that we need to go to the hospital less.

I can't go out for entertainment during covid.VR sales mean VR get's developed quicker, prices are driven down and we can all escape to a virtual paradise of our own creation.

A lifelong toxic friend unfriended me.I'm healthier without the constant emotional injuries.

My family crashed totaling the car.But they came away with only a couple bruises, I will only care about what matters ultimatly so I'm so greatful!
