1. At a minimum, the budget must include:

a. An estimate of direct costs, which include all of the expenses that are required for, and can be tracked directly to, the Grant/Funding activities. Direct costs must be broken down as follows:

- By expense subcategory;

- By expense line item.

b. Budget notes describing any assumptions or justifications underlying the estimates provided.

2. Costs will be eligible only if they are expected to be incurred for the purpose of this grant/funding activities and occur within the duration mentioned in the agreement (including any amendments thereof).

3. Additional rows and columns can be added wherever needed, however, the formulae must be adjusted accordingly.
