We will run a report the first week of each new month to assess how effective our last month's approach was so we can improve and stay on target.

AAchievableMake sure you goal is lofty but attainable. Note here how you will achieve this goal. We will increase our content marketing by writing monthly articles with exclusive material this is highly relevant to biotech students and posting relevant content weekly on Twitter and LinkedIn.

RRelevantIdentify how this goal ties into larger organizational and/or departmental goals. We will be hiring 8 new positions this coming year and we need the best talent to be aware of our open roles so they apply.

TTime-boundCreate specific time frames around when deliverables are due and key benchmarks in between that will help you stay on track. Each monthly content piece will be shared on the last Thursday of each month. We will also post on social media weekly on Thursdays at 3 PM to optimize impact.
