16	How does one get the guide, volunteering..., what exactly? Internships require you to be a student. What happens to someone who has already done the training?	Internships with companies is one of the ways from my experience. Freelancing interviews as many of us have done, rarely helps. Sometimes these HR interviewers feels intimidated and they tend to prefer those that just left from college with little or no experience
17	How to troubleshoot in case some of the folders on the Linktree are not accessible?	This is usually a technical issue; check your device settings and google drive.
18	Is there any further information you can give based on peculiarities as regards different provinces? For example, People residing in provinces like New FoundLand with minimal opportunities to pivot into Clinical Research.	Check job boards for virtual job opportunities. • Remove your location on your resume if possible or indicate Canada instead of a specific province to reduce the location barrier. • You can use a friend/family address temporarily in the province you are trying to seek employment in if you are ready to relocate. 21	What is/are your suggestions for going back to school for a course on clinical research?	Research shows that Seneca is cheaper, but their co-op is in the middle of the term. Humber does theirs at the end of the term. Algonquin only offers co-op for on-site students. • For AAPS you do the work of finding jobs mostly by yourself, co-ops offered are usually non-paid, may be too far from you, and require full-time engagement. • Depending on your background it’s better to explore working on your resume, get free certifications, and search for jobs than going back to school, especially for singles. Most married people with dependant children get OSAP funding and can make the most use of the grants is one of the reasons they explore the school option.
22	What specific skills or work experience needs to be in your resume to get into clinical operations/management?	The best way to get this is do a skill analysis from an actual clinical operation or management job. There is a template called the T style cover letter- it helps you build the skills on your resume. 23	For someone transitioning into clinical operations will he/she leave all the previous experiences on the LinkedIn profile even though it has nothing to do with clinical operation	I think you should leave it on but emphasis transferrable skills plus transferrable role titles

No one role can set up one for it all. The Clinical trial to post market size is quite large in the grand scheme of things in the life sciences

Immerse yourself in his videos. Clinical skillset is good too if you want interactive live class especially for the CRA aspirants. There is no school accepting international students into clinical research courses. You have to be in Canada before you can applyIf already in Canada, schools like Seneca, Sheridan college and York university
