RESPONSIBILITIES

SPACE.CAT:is Partner in Creation. She is responsible for all creative process needed on the way to materialise the Dream. 1.1. Beguins with free first consultation with Client, visiting project location, evaluating IDEA and budjet and understanding the need. After establishing good communication, signing Contract and receiving initial payment - SPACE.CAT starts to work on project materialization. 1.2. Define the CONCEPT and *Moodboard. Building project structure online: Production Plan, Drive, Presentation - where all partners can see and control online working prosses and cash flow. 1.3. Create DESIGN PROJECT with all nesassery floor plans and layouts, space planning, 3D modeling, renders, sketches, supply list (recommendations for equipment, materials, deco, including physical samples when needed. Review and approve all designs with Client. 1.1.4. Subbmit Final Design Project to PRODUCTION partner chosen by client (controlling contructors, engineer architect, workshops and subconstructors needed for building the project). SPACE.CAT is not a construction company. She is not responsible for delays in delivery times, damaged or defective items, negligence or any type of a problem that arises from the lack of responsibility of the Contractors / Suppliers for their work. She is not responsable for purchase and management of chosen equipment. It should be managed by office stuff or will be quoted as Art Direction time extra. Before start the production - all design mesuerments should be reconfurmed by engineer architect or subcontractor, responsable for chosen production technology, bacause it can lightly affect the inisial sizes.

CLIENT1.1.5. Collaboration: The Client is conscious about the importance of his participation in the project, scheduling working meetings as well as providing all necessary work information, space access etc. 1.1.6. Approvals: The Client approves the “Production Plan” document, drawings, renders, purchase orders and similar documents on time, sending a signed copy of those working materials to SPACE.CAT. 1.1.7. Payments & Project Expenses: The Client finances this Project till its full realization, according to the “Production Plan”. Including all expenses related to the project realization such as; courier expenses, long distance calls, travel expenses, airline tickets and relocation (residence on project side) if needed. He is aware that no materials, construction cost and taxes are not included in Design Project.

1.2PAYMENT

1.2.1. 50% prepay on the contract signing, other 50% on the moment of project closing. 1.2.2. Materials, construction cost and project expenses are not included in Design contract. 1.2.3. In case of full time contract - payment method and timing is discussed privatly. *Payments methods and its details are provided in the Invoice Document.

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY & FRANCHISE

1.4.1. Intellectual property of all custom Designs and photo and video visual content, created for this project - belongs to ALLY©. 1.4.2. When project is promoted the Client promises to mention SPACE.CAT as a “Creator” and share all media materials with Her. 1.4.3. In case of building Franchise and comercializing SPACE.CAT© designs - the Client is awear of Creator’s Fees% that are calculated in each case individually.
