3KitchenRefrigerator filter Check every other week. Last checked: 7/1/19Replacement filterlower cabinet to left of sink1. Open the refrigerator and check the light at the top of the door. If the light is yellow, orange, or red the filter needs to be replaced. If so:
2. Locate the filter below the freezer door. Notice the orientation of the handle.
3. Pull the old filter out and discard it.
4. Open the new filter and attach the handle in the same position as the old filter.
5. Reset the filter indicator light located at the top of the right hand door. Press the button five times (or more) in quick succession, within 10 seconds until it resets to green.
6. If there are no other new filters in the cabinet, leave a note to order refrigerator filters.
7. The notes are left in the basket next to the back door in the study.

4KitchenCreate cup-in-use parking spaceTo conserve on cup use, create a place where cups-in-use may be parked. Have a Sharpie nearby for people to add their names on the cups. Forgotten cups may be put in compost at end of gathering.

Upper cabinet to right of sink1. Check the tea caddy next to the hot water pot. Fill with teas from the boxes above.
2. When the next to last box of any tea is opened, make a note that a new case needs to be ordered. The notes are left in the basket next to the back door in the study.

Appamada business cards
Office supply closet in the study, by the back door1. Make sure that there is a good supply of print materials available for orientation.
2. If supplies in the closet run low (fewer than 10), leave a note with one of each that need to be printed.
3. Check the supply of copy paper (on the shelves in the study between the closet and the bathroom) if there are fewer than two reams, leave a note to order more.
4. Check the supply of heavy weight paper in the supplies closet in the study. If there is less than one full box, leave a note to order more. The notes are left in the basket next to the back door in the study.
5. The notes are left in the basket next to the back door in the study.
8
7Kitchen and bathroomsCheck compostable cup supply frequently. Also: evaluate location of cupsCompostable cupsPractice room closetPlace note (in basket next to back door in the study) to order more cups when there are fewer than 2 packages of cups remaining in the extra supply area in practice discussion room closet.

Consider: the back of the toilet is probably not the most sanitary place to store drinking cups. Is there another place they can rest or that can be created for them to rest? Make sure there are X no. of cups in each of the three available stacks (both bathrooms and kitchen)

8BathroomsCheck suppliesToilet paper
Paper towel
Hand soap
Cottonelle wipes (see note below)
Upper cabinet in west bathroomCheck that there are three rolls of toilet paper in each wire rack.
Check that there are plenty of paper towels. In the east bathroom make sure there is a spare roll of paper towel in the bathroom cabinet
Fill hand soap dispensers if they are less than half full. Note if quantity of soap in large container, used to fill soap dispensers, is low (less than amount to fill one dispenser?) and needs replacing.

Evaluate large container and consider more ecologically sound solution, as pouches are generally not recyclable.
Leave a note to reorder supplies if there are fewer than 6 rolls of toilet paper in the cabinet, 2 packages of folded paper towels, or three rolls of paper towel.
The notes are left in the basket next to the back door in the study.
10
9BathroomsConsider: Reusable cloth hand towels for drying hands, to replace paper.
11
10BathroomsConsider: Remove Cottonelle flushable wipe boxes and do not replenish

Deep clean altar
Stick incense
tea candles
matchboxes
tall candles (zendo altar only)
Drawers of the altar in the ZendoChiden any incensors that need it. Council 4 needs training in this.
Make sure there is plenty of stick incense in the incense holders (drawer of practice discussion altar, above the zendo altar, and on the altars in the other rooms). If you open the last box, leave a note to reorder.
Make sure there are plenty of backup tea candles, at least 10 in the Zendo, three in the practice discussion room (altar drawer). If there are less than 10 in the main altar, leave a note to reorder.
Make sure there are plenty of matches: at least 3 boxes in the zendo altar, two in the practice discussion room, one box in the side room, two boxes in the drawer of the study altar. If there are fewer than 3 boxes in the main altar, leave a note to reorder. Consider sourcing tea candles that aren't in plastic cups or ones that come with reusable cups.
Make sure there are at least three tall candles besides what is on the altar in the Zendo. If there are fewer than 5 tall candles in the main altar, leave a note to reorder.
